Interim HR Project Manager International
Focus: Role Clarity, People Development
Region: Europe
Based: the Netherlands/EU/remote
You will act as a dedicated Interim HR Project Manager for HR and the business in a lot of countries spread over Europe. You will work closely with all the Business leaders (including ExCo members) to build role clarity expectations for all roles at Group and Management Team level. You will be part of the Global HR Team and report to the Global Director People Development.
The high lights:
- Bachelor+/Masters degree in HRM or related
- Strong dedicated HR Project Manager in dynamic international setting (logistics/manufacturing/fmcg/high-tech or related)
- >10 years HR Business Partner, > 5 years HR Project Management experience
- Experience with role clarity and people development is a must
- Very well structured, organized and able to guide the business leaders
- Self-starter, team player, stress resistant, flexible, strong analytical
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors
- Fluently in English
