Besides filling permanent positions, TECH-Partner also offers interim solutions.

This typically implies:

  • Specialist positions such as engineer, projectmanager, projectleader, department head, manager, director;
  • Projects;
  • Replacing of specific TECH-professionals (engineer, advisor, (project) manager) whom for whatever reason need to be replaced as soon as possible by an interim professional;
  • The interim jobs often have an international nature;
  • Depending on the need of our principal and the availability of the interim-manager, the workload usually is 3-5 days per week, during a period of approximately 3 to a maximum of 9 months.

TECH-Partner only works with self-employed interimmanagers (ZZP). They all have a proven trackrecord as TECH interim-Manager, - advisor and/or specialist.

Above all, the quality of the procedure and finding the best fitting candidates are key. Besides that, it is of the upmost importance that the candidate is available at short notice and is able to perform at the right level immediately.

Interim pool

TECH-Partner will accompany the whole interim process, starting with assessing the need, the project, search & selection for the most suitable candidate, guiding the interviews (usually 1 or 2 rounds) untill the actual placement.

TECH-Partner wil continuously monitor and evaluate with both the candidate and the client. At the end of each traject we will evaluate the quality, content and accomplished results.
