Procedure

In our vacancy overview you can see for which positions we are currently searching, recruiting and selecting. In the most ideal case you recognize yourself in one of the propositions. If you have any further questions, you can contact the responsible consultant. Just phone or email us. Due to confidentiality it is not always possible to mention the name of our principal in our overview or in other media outings.

For each vacancy our consultant, based on cv and motivation, will select the best fitting candidates and invite them for an interview at our office. During this interview the candidate will learn more about the position and our principal. The consultant will assess the suitability, growth perspective and cultural fit of the candidate. If both candidate and consultant agree, the candidacy will then be discussed with our principal.

We usually need a 3 – 4 week period in which we are able to present an high quality shortlist with in general 5 outstandingly fitting candidates.

If our principal is interested in meeting the candidate, we will arrange an introductory meeting. A further screening will be conducted as and when requested. This screening may consist of reference checks, inspection of diplomas and/or a comprehensive assessment.
During this whole process our consultant will advise and assist both candidate and principal. Especially when candidate and principal are in the final phase, the added value of our independent approach is demonstrated. After the successful mediation our consultant will keep in touch with both parties during 1 year.
