In this role you are responsible for the implementation, maintenance and optimalisation of the C&B strategy throughout the company.
Profile:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in HRM / legal related field;
- About 5 years (international) C&B experience incompany or as senior C&B consultant;
- A C&B professional with a proactive attitude, selfstarter and teamplayer;
- Decision making skills, analytical, cultural sensitivity;
- Able to work with people at different levels;
- Proficient in English and Dutch.
